Job Description
(A) Sales
- To support enrolment activities of the centres and Marketing & Communications department such as open house, roadshows, orientation for potential customers with the focus
- Attend to enquiries through phone, email, walk-in appointments and follow up on potential customers for enrolment.
- Ensure proper data management of the prospects database.
- Achieve sales targets set and recommend initiatives to generate more sales.
(B) Training
- Lead sales training for new on-board sales staff on product and selling techniques.
- Administer, review and enhance sales training programme, by gathering feedback and evaluating training outcomes.
(C) Assessment
- Design and implement sales assessment systems to diagnose sales force competencies to address gaps.
- Develop sales tools, standard operating procedures and corresponding sales training programs.
(D) Compliance
- Manage the sales follow-up process by closely monitoring performance and compliance of sales team.
- Track and analyse sales figures across centres and diagnose area for improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or degree holders
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, including leading a sales team or sales training.
- Experience in early childhood education industry will be an added advantage
- A good team player
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Able to work independently or within a team
- Able to also converse effectively in Mandarin as need to liaise with Chinese client
