Job Description

(A) Sales

  • To support enrolment activities of the centres and Marketing & Communications department such as open house, roadshows, orientation for potential customers with the focus
  • Attend to enquiries through phone, email, walk-in appointments and follow up on potential customers for enrolment.
  • Ensure proper data management of the prospects database.
  • Achieve sales targets set and recommend initiatives to generate more sales.

(B) Training

  • Lead sales training for new on-board sales staff on product and selling techniques.
  • Administer, review and enhance sales training programme, by gathering feedback and evaluating training outcomes.

(C) Assessment

  • Design and implement sales assessment systems to diagnose sales force competencies to address gaps.
  • Develop sales tools, standard operating procedures and corresponding sales training programs.

(D) Compliance

  • Manage the sales follow-up process by closely monitoring performance and compliance of sales team.
  • Track and analyse sales figures across centres and diagnose area for improvements.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree holders
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, including leading a sales team or sales training.
  • Experience in early childhood education industry will be an added advantage
  • A good team player
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Able to work independently or within a team
  • Able to also converse effectively in Mandarin as need to liaise with Chinese client
