Job Description
- Oversee and drive the performance of all centres within cluster, including preparation and management of centres’ budgets and KPIs.
- Support team’s professional growth by providing leadership, direction, coaching, mentoring and training for staff
- Ensure that all services offered through the centres meet or exceed internal and quality standards.
- Ensure implementation of policies, procedures and standardisation efforts for all centres within cluster.
Job Requirements:
- Degree with at least 5 years’ experience in management / leadership role
- Supervisory experience with good communication and customer service skills
- Confident, driven and articulate
- Financial savvy
