Department: EARLY CHILDHOOD DIVISION
Reports To: GENERAL MANAGER, EARLY CHILDHOOD DIVISION, CHAIRMAN OF JAKARTA JV, SINGAPORE PRESIDENT COMMISSIONER, BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, JAKARTA
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations and strategic development of the business in Indonesia
- Provide leadership and motivation to a team of management and professional staff to achieve the expected growth of business and maximise educational standard.
- Responsible for financials and enrolment performance
- Build, manage and optimize relationship with strategic partners, regulatory authorities and sector colleagues
Education and Experience
- Tertiary Education
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
- Exposure in the education industry an advantage
Competencies
- High level of professionalism and business acumen
- Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong market awareness
- Ability to build relationships
- Ability to communicate effectively at senior management levels
