Job Role
The teacher is responsible to carry out children’s learning through implementing curriculum and lead in innovative teaching practices. The teacher will actively engage in the centre’s activities and programmes, build trusting partnership with the families and the community.
The teacher may be expected to guide beginning teachers in enhancing their teaching practices and be involved in enhancing centre’s innitiative and curriculum.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality program to foster holistic learning and development of preschoolers
- Nurture children’s natural curiosity to explore and learn in a comfortable and safe environment
- Partner with parents to support, guide and share in their child’s growth and development
- Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized
Pre-requisites
- Degree / Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education

- Good written and verbal communication skills
