Job Description
- Develop and expand the business through joint venture and franchising in Vietnam
- Responsible for financials and enrolment performance
- Review and ensure that operations standards are in compliance with the Company SOPs, local laws and regulations
- Build, manage and optimize relationship with sector colleagues and strategic partners
- Ensure that all services offered through the centres meet or exceed internal and quality assurance guidelines
- Provide monthly reports, including country’s situation, policies, government regulatory changes and any relevant market information to HQ and partners
- Develop marketing plans and budgets, plan and oversee local marketing strategies
- Conduct market survey and area marketing plan to maximise market penetration and create
- Ensure adherence to renovation standards, guidelines, costing & timeline in progress
PRE-REQUISITIES
- Minimum Degree holder, preferably with exposure in the pre-school education industry
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Bilingual in English and Vietnamese (in order to liaise with Vietnamese speaking clients)
- Strong market awareness
- Analytical, resourceful and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and results driven
- Regular trips to Vietnam
